The Supreme Judicial Court amended Rule 4:02 relative to Professional Liability Insurance Disclosures. The new order, effective Sept. 1, 2006, requires attorneys to disclose the existence of professional liability insurance coverage during their annual Board of Bar Overseers registration. Such disclosure of information will be made available to the public by the Board of Bar Overseers.
